I thought that for this post I would tell you a bit more about myself so you can get to know me more..

I've made this small Q&A (definitely didn't get ChatGPT to make it) so you can learn stuff about meee

What’s your full name (or a nickname you go by)?

My name is ✨Penelope✨ but I also go by Nellie, Nell, Pennie or Pen

Where are you from?

I am from Melbourne in Australia

How old are you?

I am 15 years old, turning 16 this year!! (omg I feel so old)

What made you start this blog?

To be honest I was just bored and wanted something to do, but I also wanted to try to maybe meet some new people or make some friends. I also wanted to just be able to get all my thoughts down and maybe vent a bit.

What are your favorite hobbies?

I love reading, watching movies (specifically either romcoms or horror movies with lots of jumpscares), crocheting or just any craft/sewing stuff, hanging out with my friends, playing instruments and procrastinating homework! (that last one isn't very good actually😭)

What’s one random fact about you?

I can play 4 instruments. Violin (for over 10 years), acoustic guitar, drums and a bit of piano!

What’s your favorite genre of books/movies/TV shows?

Books: Romance, romantasy, dark romance, murder/thriller, classics (Emma, Pride and Prejudice, Little Women etc.)

Movies: Romcoms (especially The Holiday and 10 Things I Hate About You), horror thrillers (The Conjuring, Hereditary etc.), action-comedies (The A-Team (2010)) and disney classics (TANGLED, Frozen, Brave etc.)

TV shows: Comedy, action, romance. (Favourite shows rn are Bridgerton, The OC, Gilmore Girls, Brooklyn99).

Who are some of your favorite musicians or bands?

Green Day (going to their concert in March), Arctic Monkeys, The Killers (went to their concert in December last year), Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo and Riff Wood.

What’s one song you currently have on repeat?

Happier Than Ever, Blur, Daddy Issues (real), Somewhere Only We Know and I Deserve To Bleed

If you could live in any fictional world, where would it be?

HOGWARTS. (without the racism, homophobia, and transphobia of JK Rowling). Preferrably in marauders times as well so I can watch Remus and Sirius fall in love (yes I'm part of that fandom and yes it's emotionally destroying don't join) and also the magic is awesome!!

What’s a book or movie that completely blew your mind?

I've always loved the Secret Garden since I was really young and it's always been one of my favourite books. Also The Notebook, it didn't really blow my mind but it destroyed me emotionally and I cried for ages after watching it DONT WATCH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What’s your dream travel destination?

PARIS IN FRANCE, I'VE ALWAYS WANTED TO GO TO PARIS AS LONG AS I HAVE BEEN ALIVE. I have a huge travel list of places to go, mostly Europe, specifically France, Italy, Spain and Greece (there's like a bunch more).

Do you have any pets?

No :( I might be getting a dog soon! I used to have 2 dogs, 2 cats, and 5 fish, but all of them have died. One of my dogs was older than me so we kind of expected it but it was still really sad.

What’s your go-to comfort movie or book?

The Holiday!! And for book, probably something that's a nice romance story.

What’s something you’re really passionate about?

Respect. I know it might sound silly but respecting each other is one of the most important things in my opinion. People don't need to be rude to everyone all the time. I don't understand why people make things so difficult by disrespecting LGBTQIA+ people, young people or just people who are different in general.

Sexuality, pronouns, etc.?

My pronouns are she/her and I am cis (born as female and still female).

I am straight (I think😭). I've gone down a long path of trying to figure out my sexuality but now I'm pretty certain I'm straight (hehe men are hot).

But I am an ally 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈🌈🌈🌈✨✨✨

Two of my best friends are dating as well (they're wuh-luh-wuh) and they're so in love it's really cute!

LIFE UPDATES:

I'm going to start putting this section at the bottom of each post, just so idk if something happens in my life that's interesting on some level, I can tell you all about it!

I started my first day back at school yesterday 😭😠I'm already about to give up lol, I'm in year 10 this year so that means heaps of exams yay! (🤬), also I'm in an advanced class (psychology) which means I have an extra like 5 million exams too so that's great....

And guess whos little brother started high school yesterday! MY SHAYLAAAAA!!!!!! I can't believe my baby bro is almost a teenager, I feel so old omg!!!

🎂🎉🥳ITS MY BEST FRIENDS 15TH BIRTHDAY NEXT SUNDAYYY WOOOOOOO🎂🎉🥳

She's a just under year younger than me but because her birthday is at the start of the year she's still in my year level at school... So she's turning 15 this year instead of last year like me.

And she's planning on having a really cool birthday party with heaps of our friends from school, and it's gonna be awesome and really fun!!
